Coin activated ink is a type of anti-counterfeiting ink used for security reasons. This ink is suitable for digital, offset and flexo printing applications purpose. Printed content by this ink remains invisible. The content becomes visible only when that part is rubbed with currency coin. The rubbed section becomes black to show the printed content. Application of this ink in product packaging not only prevents tapering, but also ensures legitimacy of that product to its owner or buyer. This ink has standard shelf life.
